     આમ તો આ વિડિયો ‘યોગાસન’ પૂરતો જ મર્યાદિત છે. પણ એ અમેરિકાના ઘણા બધા પી.એચ.ડી.થયેલા નિષ્ણાતોના ‘યોગ’ વિશેના અભિપ્રાયો સમાવી લે છે –

ઓસ્ટ્રેલિયાથી ૨૦૧૪ માં શરૂ થયેલ આ સંસ્થા ‘UPLIFT’ વિશે ફરી કોઈક વાર 

પણ આ એક  વાત ગમી ગઈ…
